About the Global Incentives & Rebates Team The Global Incentives & Rebates team supports complex global partner-led sales models across retail, telco, B2B2C, and fintech ecosystems, owning the governance and execution of incentive and rebate programs at scale. About the Role: The Finance Business Partner – Go To Market is a senior commercial finance role supporting complex, partner-led sales models at global scale. This role acts as a primary finance partner to global partner sales teams while owning the governance, accuracy, and execution of incentive and rebate programs. It operates in a highly transactional environment requiring strong attention to detail, commercial judgment, and disciplined execution. This role is best suited to senior commercial finance professionals who have directly owned partner rebate or sales incentive programs within a SaaS, technology, or global consumer business. It is not a pure data or reporting analyst role. Experience supporting partner-led or channel sales models is essential. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Processing Independently process batches and transactions for multiple incentive plans with accuracy and timeliness Maintain mastery of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement Develop and update incentive plans in the sales performance management platform Seek opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to optimize workflows and business operations Compliance & Documentation Ensure required approvals and documentation are obtained and validated Provide evidence and support for internal and external audits Ensure ongoing adherence to SOX controls, maintaining documentation and audit readiness Subject Matter Expertise Serve as the go-to expert for rebate-related processes and systems Assist analysts with transaction processing and system setup for new plans and programs Act as backup across analysts and maintain cross-training across functional areas Change Management & Analysis Support organizational change initiatives by analyzing new and existing agreements Communicate findings on effectiveness, accuracy, and financial performance to stakeholders Strategic Partnership Engage with business partners at all levels to drive effective outcomes in incentive programs Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement within the rebate function About You: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Advanced degree or certification (CPA, CMA) preferred Experience: 3–5 years professional experience in financial analysis, incentive plan management, or rebate programs Direct experience owning partner rebate or sales incentive governance, approvals, controls, and execution Experience supporting partner-led or channel sales models Experience with sales performance management platforms such as Exactly Incent, Oracle SPM, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, Clari, or similar tools Skills: Strong understanding of compliance, audit requirements, and financial controls Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and mentor junior analysts Ability to present complex financial data clearly to diverse audiences Curiosity and confidence applying AI for process automation and efficiency Personal Attributes: Commercial mindset with strong ownership Detail oriented and disciplined in execution Confident operating in a fast-paced, transactional environment Collaborative and able to influence stakeholders at multiple levels Benefits Competitive salary plus annual bonus scheme 100% company paid private health insurance for you and your eligible dependants Great pension scheme (8% employer / 2% employee contributions, plus optional AVCs) Life insurance (4x base salary) and income protection Unlimited paid time off (PTO) and flexible working hours Hybrid, collaborative working environment – Office in Ballycoolin Dublin 15 Tuition reimbursement for approved job-related courses (up to €6,000 per year) Annual gym/fitness allowance Mac or Windows laptop and mobile phone provided What’s next: Ready to contribute to the systems that power digital freedom for millions?
