About the Role: The Senior Solutions Consultant – Strategic Partners is a partner-facing technical and consultative expert responsible for aligning Gen Digital's solutions with our most strategic partners' business objectives. This role works at the intersection of partnerships, sales, product management & engineering technical solutions guiding partners through solution design and integration via platform integrations (APIs/SDKs/SSO). Acting as a trusted advisor, the Solutions Consultant leads technical discovery, solution design, and pre-sales engagement while supporting revenue growth and long-term partnership success. This is a senior, partner-facing role with shared responsibility for driving expansion and adoption through B2B2C channels. Responsibilities: Drive revenue and membership growth through integrated partner solutions, supporting both technical and strategic aspects of partnerships. Conduct joint discovery sessions to identify partner use cases, validate product fit, gather requirements, and ensure roadmap alignment. Lead partner onboarding and technical evaluations, including opportunity qualification, architectural guidance, and integration planning (SDKs, APIs, SSO, OEM, etc.). Serve as the technical voice of the partner internally—delivering structured, actionable feedback to Product and Engineering. Present Gen Digital's portfolio in a pre-sales technical capacity to a range of audiences, including partner executives, product managers, and technical teams. Deliver product demonstrations, technical enablement, and training content across sales, integration, QA, support, and customer success teams. • Support RFP/RFI responses with technical inputs, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Provide post-sale technical guidance and lead ongoing discovery for expansion opportunities throughout the partnership lifecycle. Develop partner-facing technical collateral, including demos, videos, and integration documentation. Maintain strong understanding of partner strategies, market dynamics, and competitive trends to support effective partnership execution. Represent Gen Digital at key partner and industry events (e.g., CES, Cyber Safety Summit, tech conferences). Contribute to partner/channel strategy by supporting sales engineering enablement and knowledge sharing across global teams. Build strong relationships with internal product teams and partner stakeholders to influence product direction and ensure successful go-to-market outcomes. Travel as needed to support partner engagements, events, and field enablement. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: BS degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, identity protection, software engineering, or a related technical field. 5–10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, solutions engineering, or product management roles; at least 3+ years in a senior-level sales engineering or consultative technical role. Strong understanding of integrations (APIs, SDKs, Auth/SSO, SPAs) Experience in JavaScript and Postman; mobile dev experience (Kotlin, Swift) a plus Strong consultative skills with the ability to uncover needs, translate them into requirements, and guide partners through complex, multi-phase integrations. Demonstrated experience working with SDKs, APIs, and modern integration patterns. • Proven success supporting B2C or B2B2C partnerships—ideally with financial institutions and/or service providers. Excellent project management and follow-through skills; able to manage long-running technical workstreams and keep cross-functional teams aligned. • Strong ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments with fluid roadmaps. Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills; able to interface confidently with both technical and executive audiences.
