OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO Definir, estructurar, dirigir y optimizar, la táctica y operación integral del manejo de la cartera y agentes huérfanos asegurando estándares homogéneos de servicio, control, productividad y administración. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de retención, conservación y persistencia de cartera y agentes, maximizando renovación de pólizas y retención de agentes. Consolidar una estructura de operación interna y externa (call center) que sea sostenible, orientada a resultados, mediante liderazgo basado en disciplina. Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y regulatorio incluyendo PII, mitigando riesgos operativos y reputacionales FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO Planear y definir la estrategia, objetivos y métricas de desempeño de agentes huérfanos y cartera huérfana. Para asegurar alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de retención, persistencia y rentabilidad de la cartera impactando así el P&L de la empresa. Diagnosticar y optimizar, el desempeño, capacidades y eficiencia de la estructura diseñada para administración y gerenciamiento de los agentes huérfanos y la cartera huérfana, implementando mejoras estructurales en procesos. Para incrementar productividad, reducir desviaciones y fortalecer la calidad del servicio al agente y clientes. Diseñar y asignar, la estrategia y operar de reasignación de agentes posterior a las bajas de las promotorías. Para mitigar el riesgo de fuga, proteger ingresos recurrentes y garantizar la continuidad de la cartera y clientes. Dirigir y desarrollar, el modelo de evaluación y fortalecimiento de las capacidades técnicas y de gestión del equipo (interno y call center). Para asegurar la integración de un equipo de alto desempeño, alineado a los requerimientos corporativos. Impulsar y consolidar, una cultura de compromiso, responsabilidad y orientación a resultados. Para elevar niveles de engagement, accountability y cumplimiento de metas. Gestionar y controlar, la estrategia integral de retención de agentes y cartera mediante el seguimiento de KPIs y análisis de información. Para maximizar persistencia, recuperación de cartera y estabilidad de ingresos. Diseñar e implementar, planes de desarrollo y fortalecimiento dentro del área. Para asegurar continuidad del negocio y sostenibilidad del talento necesario en la organización. Coordinar y decidir iniciativas transversales con las áreas: Comercial, Operaciones, Producto y Estrategia. Para garantizar sinergias organizacionales, cumplimiento normativo, y logro de objetivos corporativos. PERFIL DEL PUESTO   Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Actuaría, Matemáticas, Administración, Ingeniería o afín.
