What You’ll Do Improve and Innovate: Lead and support impactful projects that enhance manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and increase efficiency. Solve Technical Challenges : Use your engineering expertise to troubleshoot issues and develop creative, practical solutions. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Quality, R&D, and other departments to integrate new products and technologies into production. Mentor and Support Others: Share your knowledge and experience to help develop junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning. Represent the Team: Act as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. Ensure Compliance : Participate in validation and quality assurance activities, ensuring all work meets regulatory and company standards.
