This role partners closely with senior team members, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to help ensure that process changes are effectively enabled through scalable, low-code / no-code solutions and fit-for-purpose technology. What you can expect   Lead current-state process analysis and future-state design for investment operations workflows Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency using low-code / no-code platforms Partner with stakeholders across various business lines to design and implement scalable solutions Lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex change initiatives Establish best practices for process documentation and governance Monitor post-implementation outcomes and drive continuous improvement What you will bring   10+ years of experience in investment operations, project management, business analysis, process improvement, or operations transformation Experience with low-code / no-code platforms Experience with Tableau and Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate tools Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows Experience enabling process change through technology solutions Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders *PGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement. The salary range for this role is from $150,000 to $170,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
