      JOB DESCRIPTION: 【岗位职责】 　 1.     遵循标准操作程序（ SOP ）和工作说明，使用手动和电动工具、有限的自动化设备、制造辅助工具 / 固定装置、升降机 / 起重机和制造过程中的其他方法进行布线、组件安装、电缆线束、装配仪器的安装等。仪器装配员是一个渐进式角色，随着经验提升会学习到更多组件、流程和精度组件的装配。 2.        检查和验证组件和成品的质量，以确保它们符合规范并符合法规要求，例如   FDA   指南和   ISO   标准。 3.        排除故障并解决生产问题或差异。与其他部门合作，如工程、质量、卓越业务和产品开发，提供有关产品设计、可制造性、工艺改进的反馈。还与工程师、质量保证和生产主管等跨职能团队合作，以确保生产流程顺畅 4.        准确及时地记录和记录生产活动，包括装配过程、产品信息、关键零件的材料控制、标签活动和质量不合格。 5.        遵守公司政策、程序和法规，包括质量管理体系（ QMS ），并有助于维护质量、合规性和持续改进的文化。 6.        遵循良好生产规范（ GMP ），并遵守安全法规，以确保安全和高效的工作环境。 7.        凭借久经考验的效率和能力，可能需要这个角色来培训其他装配人员。具体工作职能可能会发生变化。需要执行分配的其他职责。   【任职资格】 1.        　资格证书 /Certificate ： 有钳工证优先 2.        外语技能 /Foreign Language Skills ： 有大学英语四级证书优先 3.        计算机软件技能 Software Skills ：     熟练运用日常办公软件 4.        工作经验或专业背景 /Work Experience or Professional Background ：     机械 / 电子 / 自动化及相关专业，有医疗器械行业电子组装和测试经验者优先 5.        教育背景 /Education Background ： 大专及以上学历 6.        其它要求 /Others ： 具备较强的质量意识，动手能力强，了解基本机械加工原理，了解常用手工工具的使用方法，具备较强的问题解决能力       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Manufacturing       DIVISION: CRLB Core Lab          LOCATION: China > Hangzhou : #198 12th Street, Hangzhou Economic & Technological Development Area       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
