Title: IT Project Support Specialist KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for an IT Project Support Specialist to support the multi-year general maintenance services contract covering Petro Rabigh Polymer I and Polymer II plants at Rabigh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The IT Project Support Specialist to install and maintain computer software, hardware, networks, and operating systems at the project site.  This role will provide technical support to the project and ensure optimal use of systems and networks. Responsibilities:  Provide first- and second-line desktop incident management to all KBR staff and any potential remote users, including client-level patching and anti-virus issues Ensure day-to-day management of DASH incidents and requests in the appropriate queues including expediting resolution of escalated issues Coordinate with users for the replacement of aged PCs Follow KBR Global procedures and regional work instructions for delivery of IT services Complete the configuration (build) and delivery of desktop hardware to end users on site Support of printing services Provide completion of Desktop moves, installs and demobilizations Complete desktop patching and cable work to schedule (not structured cabling) Support conference and meeting rooms as required Complete manual installation of software as required and when approved Maintain good communication with KBR end users, customers, and KBR IT regional teams Provide guidance to end-users and customers regarding company policies and best practices for IT Ensure delivery of IT services follows KBR global procedures and regional work instructions Ensure any asset equipment assignments and re-assignments are correctly updated within DASH following standard KBR processes Provide appropriate support of voice services, associated with the Global Voice Team Qualifications: HS diploma or local equivalent 7 + years of experience within Information Technology Proven experience as a hands-on IT Project Support Specialist within a project site environment Highly proficient with IT and office computing applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.) In depth understanding of diverse computer systems & networks Proven ability to ensure security and privacy of networks & computer systems Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong customer focus to respond quickly to customer needs Strong writing and communication skills, and ability to document outputs from meetings and interactions with both team members and customers Work requires professional English written and strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create strong working relationships with global stakeholders Successfully manage tight timelines Ability to successfully work in a multicultural environment Belong.
