OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO Diseñar estrategias y experiencias de aprendizaje. Elaborando el diseño instruccional de materiales de capacitación (videos, cursos e-Learning, infografías, presentaciones) para la fuerza de ventas. Para garantizar el desarrollo profesional y el logro de las metas de venta de Agentes y Promotores. FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO Apoyar en la actualización de materiales de capacitación para agentes, incluyendo cambios, nuevos productos y presentaciones de ventas. Para garantizar que los materiales de capacitación de ventas contengan la información más actual que se requiere para realizar la prospección. Elaboración videos de productos Prudential y videos del proceso de ventas o skills comerciales. A  través del diseño instruccional: (investigación de contenido, validación con expertos, elaboración de guion y producción de video (incluye música, edición)). Videos elaborados con IA, con calidad, pero sobre todo con el diseño instruccional basado en las necesidades de capacitación. Elaboración de PPT y Manuales de capacitación, a  través del diseño instruccional: (redacción de objetivos, análisis de características de la audiencia, atención en detección de necesidades, elaboración de contenidos, validaciones de expertos). Presentaciones en PowerPoint elaboradas profesionalmente (con dominio de esta herramienta) excelente redacción y ortografía y redacción de notas de orador que hace las veces de guía instruccional. Apoyo a Agentes para ingresar a Pru - Academy con explicación de ruta de aprendizaje y solución de dudas a Agentes. Brindando respuestas vía correo electrónico o de forma personal, con empatía, respeto y compromiso porque los Agentes son nuestros clientes finales. PERFIL DEL PUESTO Escolaridad: Licenciatura Económico Administrativa Inglés: Intermedio Conocimientos Técnicos: Excelencia en uso de PowerPoint, Word y Excell. Deseable: Canva y editor de videos.
