Mentorship from experienced subject matter experts Cutting edge projects, relevant to real world challenges Work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment Networking opportunities with other technologists and executives Competitive pay and great company culture As a National Security Solutions – Subcontracts Intern , you will support senior subcontracts administrators: Conducting contract closeouts by collaborating with other program functions to ensure the closeout process is complete Work with the Program Control to ensure subcontractors are closed out of Costpoint. Work with IT for any government property return and then obtain the necessary documentation for the PMs and subcontractors to close out the files. Set-up new subcontract files for new contract awards where you will work with the Program Managers, Accounting and Program Control to ensure the subcontractors are set up for new awards Customer communication via email and/or formal letters Scheduling and reporting deliveries Weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports, as required by the Business Area Compiling and maintaining contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and company policies. Selected interns for this paid opportunity will be provided with the opportunity to mentor with experienced professionals, gain experience and establish a name for themselves in this high demand career field.  Required Skillset: Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Law or Supply Chain Management Strong work ethics and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Scheduled Weekly Hours:   Average 40 hours per week, 12 weeks in duration during the period of Sumer 2026 Requirement: Must pass a Security Pre-Screen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.   We Deliver – Together.
