About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 05 S&P Global Market Intelligence   The   Role:  Summer Intern - Commercial Product Analyst   T he Team:    The Counterparty Manager suite is a rapidly expanding online platform for the secure exchange of client onboarding, regulatory data, and documentation. It   i s a growth product with a strong customer pipeline and a need for dynamic individuals to help build on its momentum. The team is distributed across multiple locations and partners closely with product management, development, sales, client services, and operations.   We work in a s trong culture and a   tight-knit , collaborative environment.   The Impact:    As part of the commercial team for the Counterparty Manager product suite, this role helps drive growth and business success. By building and strengthening relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure clients understand   and realize   the value of the product suite in improving their client lifecycle management processes. You will also   leverage   strong analytical skills to gather, refine, and share client requirements to inform product development, support innovative solution design, and   identify   new opportunities across derivatives, trading, client lifecycle management, and regulatory workflows.   What’s   in it for y ou:    The opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing, innovative product suite and work closely with a highly collaborative team.   Professional growth and development, including the chance to deepen your knowledge of regulatory compliance and client lifecycle management.   A dynamic environment where you can help shape solutions that address evolving customer and market needs.   Responsibilities:   Build and develop relationships with buy-side, sell-side, and custodian firms, ensuring they understand how the suite can improve their client lifecycle management processes.   Lead the development of innovative, client-informed capabilities by driving the client-led product development cycle; gather requirements, align internally, and help deliver enhancements thoughtfully and on time.   Identify   and evaluate new opportunities across trading, client lifecycle management, and regulatory spaces, staying close to   customer   needs to help shape and implement differentiated solutions.   Contribute to the exploration of AI-driven enhancements (including Generative AI and Large Language Models), helping   identify   practical use cases that could improve client onboarding, documentation workflows, and regulatory data exchange.   What   We’re   Looking For:   Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, business, or a related field, expected to be completed by  Summer 202 7 .   Working knowledge of market regulations and/or experience in a regulatory-focused role.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail.   Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.   A collaborative mindset and the ability to build and   maintain   positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.   Demonstrated curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), with an understanding of their potential applications and impact on the financial industry.   Right to Work Requirements : This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United Kingdom.
