      JOB DESCRIPTION: In Olst zijn wij binnen de afdeling Steriele Productie verantwoordelijk voor het afvullen en verpakken van wereldwijd gedistribueerde farmaceutische producten. Voor ons gedreven en enthousiaste team zijn wij op zoek naar een: Installation Supervisor – Steriel Wat ga je doen? Als Installation Supervisor ben je tijdens jouw werktijden de technische eigenaar van installaties en productielijnen binnen de steriele productie. Je werkt dagelijks op de vloer, herkent technische afwijkingen vroegtijdig en zorgt voor onderhoud, betrouwbaarheid en technische continuïteit van de systemen. Je wordt in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden aangestuurd door de Senior Installation Supervisor, terwijl je hiërarchisch rapporteert aan de Production Manager. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met Frontline Leaders en Operators D, waarmee je gezamenlijk zorgt voor een veilige, stabiele en efficiënte productieomgeving. Pro‑activiteit is in deze rol essentieel — jij ziet werk liggen, anticipeert op verstoringen en komt met verbetervoorstellen voordat een probleem ontstaat. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat: Technische afwijkingen direct worden herkend, geregistreerd en opgevolgd. Preventief en correctief onderhoud wordt uitgevoerd en volledig wordt gedocumenteerd (o.a. in SAP). De technische voorwaarden (machines, onderdelen, materialen) optimaal zijn ingesteld en tijdig worden bijgestuurd op basis van productievoortgang. Externe contractors veilig en effectief worden begeleid tijdens technische werkzaamheden. Storingen worden geanalyseerd en opgelost; je ondersteunt bij RCA’s en continu verbeterprojecten. Wekelijkse visuele inspecties van de installaties worden uitgevoerd en bevindingen gestructureerd worden vastgelegd. Alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan GMP‑richtlijnen, hygiënevoorschriften en EHS&E‑standaarden. Relevante technische informatie direct wordt gerapporteerd of geëscaleerd naar de juiste contactpersonen. Kortom: jij bent de technische spil van de productieomgeving en borgt dat de installaties altijd in topconditie zijn. Wat neem je mee? We zoeken een Installation Supervisor met een stevige technische achtergrond en een proactieve instelling.   Daarnaast zien we graag dat je: Een technische opleiding op MBO‑4/HBO‑niveau hebt. Een mechatronische achtergrond hebt, met zowel mechanische als elektrotechnische kennis. Ervaring hebt met onderhoud, troubleshooting en storingsanalyse in een productie‑ of high‑care omgeving. Bekend bent met GMP, steriel werken en het volgen van vaste procedures. Ervaring hebt met documenteren in systemen zoals SAP (Z1/). Goed Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft. Stressbestendig en kwaliteits‑ & veiligheidsbewust werkt. Sterk bent in plannen, organiseren en communiceren. 40 uur per week beschikbaar bent. Flexibel bent om in ploegendiensten te werken.
