About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Team:  The Digital Technology Services Platforms & Tools (DTS P&T)   is responsible for   developing and managing tools enabling Service Management, Agile Execution, Project Portfolio Management, DevOps   Tools   and DTS BI, for all the S&P Global Divisions. The P&T team is spread across 5 major verticals as mentioned above and   is responsible for   managing close to 30   different Products   in the above-mentioned domains for the S&P Global Enterprise.   The Impact:  Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career as an innovative enterprise team member? You will gain substantial experience in engineering leadership while contributing to transformative initiatives that redefine service delivery.   In addition , you will:   Own and shape enterprise BI products used across global technology and business teams.   Work closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic needs into actionable analytics solutions.   Lead Agile delivery teams building dashboards, data models, and analytics platforms.   Gain exposure to enterprise data ecosystems, cloud platforms, and modern BI technologies.   Play a key role in driving the organization’s data transformation and self-service analytics strategy.   Core Responsibilities:   The   Product   Owner   will   be responsible for   driving the Strategy,   development   and implementation of innovative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business   objectives   and customer needs.   Product Leadership & Strategy   Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DTS Business Intelligence products.   Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver products that are impactful and scalable,   effectively addressing market demands.   Continuously evaluate and adapt the product strategy to remain responsive to changing market conditions and customer feedback   Discovery & Value Mapping   Collaborate with customers to gain insights into their business challenges, workflows, and   objectives .   Identify   opportunities for AI (e.g., copilots, automation, predictive analytics, personalization) to deliver tangible value .   Assess and calculate the ROI and time-to-value for AI features or solutions.   Agile Execution & Backlog Management   Own and manage the product backlog for BI dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting solutions.   Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.   Work closely with development, QA, and data engineering teams to ensure   timely   and high-quality delivery.   Manage dependencies, risks, and release planning.   Solution Design & Technical Collaboration   Develop comprehensive AI solutions that encompass all stages from data sourcing to model selection, integration, and user experience.   Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and partners to assess and   establish   technical feasibility.   Drive   packaging and   go-to-market strategy based on customer insights and market trends.   Contribute to architecture discussions for scalable and secure analytics solutions.   AI and Emerging Technology Integration   Assess and incorporate advanced AI capabilities, such as large language models (LLMs), autonomous agents, machine learning workflows, and AI-based decision-making frameworks.   Partner with AI/ML research and engineering teams to create innovative features that enhance service delivery and support models.   Stay updated on trends in AI and productivity platforms to apply relevant technologies.   Qualifications:   Over   8 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.   Strong experience managing   B usiness   I ntelligence   or data products in Agile/Scrum environments.   Experienced in leading AI product development and engineering teams, with a hands-on approach to proofs of concept (POCs) and technical implementations.   Expertise   in   identifying   AI use cases: Ability to assess a wide range of AI applications and develop   feasible   solutions that deliver measurable impact.   Good understanding of Data Warehousing, Data   Modeling ,   ETL/ELT processes   Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.   Customer-focused mindset with a history of delivering impactful AI solutions.   Proven experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.   Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.   Ability to work with global teams across time zones.   Preferred Qualifications:   Knowledge of Agile/ SAFe   frameworks and product management practices.   Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and KPI standardization.   Experience driving self-service analytics adoption at scale.   Familiarity with tools such as   ADO , Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.     What’s In It For You?
