      JOB DESCRIPTION: In Olst zijn wij binnen de afdeling Steriel verantwoordelijk voor het verpakken van wereldwijd gedistribueerde commerciële farmaceutische producten. In dit enorm gedreven, gemotiveerd en enthousiaste team zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator Verpakken. Operator Verpakken Steriel - Operator B Wat ga je doen ? De Operator Verpakken bij afdeling Steriel verpak is verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productie van verschillende Steriele producten, waaronder een brand in de Top 5 Brands van Abbott. Daarbij hou je rekening met lokale afdelings procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Wat zijn je taken en verantwoordelijkheden als Operator Verpakken – Steriel? Operationele activiteiten aan de verpaklijnen binnen de steriele afdeling Uitvoeren van visuele (proces)controles op alle benodigde materialen en gereed product Detecteren van productieproblemen (machine, materiaal, etc) escaleren naar de teamleider om het probleem op te lossen Naleven van (GMP) richtlijnen Systematisch bijhouden van productiedata (OEE, DMS-overdrachten) Overige teamleden assisteren en productieorders helpen voorbereiden Wat voor kennis en ervaring neem je mee? Minimaal MBO 3 opleiding bij voorkeur op technisch gebied (bij voorkeur Vapro B opleiding of gelijkwaardig) of tenminste 3 jaar ervaring in productie en een MBO 3 analytisch en denkniveau; Pharmaceutisch vakman opleiding of gelijkwaardig; Beschikken over goede Nederlandse spreek- en schrijfvaardigheid.
