What You’ll Do Works with 3rd Party Agency, Abbott Marketing and cross-functional teams to lead, manage and optimize the Product Ambassador program deployed to Trade, Hospital, Pharmacy outlets and consumer activations. Leads in selection and management of key partners, agencies, suppliers, and platforms related to Product Ambassador operations. Works with Channel Development Head on Trade Marketing and Channel Development initiatives. Lead the engagement with the Product Ambassador Agency, acting as its key point of contact across internal local, Area, and external stakeholders. Design, manage and drive Product Ambassador Program key KPIs: offtake, new users. New Users to be done in partnership with the Marketing CRM Team. Ensure Product Ambassadors are trained regularly on Abbott Nutrition product and consumer-fronting messages, executed as fully compliant with Abbott’s standards. Lead analysis and optimization recommendations behind the Product Ambassador program. Ensure iterations are in line with organization’s priorities and targets. Ensures excellence in execution, technology adoption, in-field tools deployment and utilization, as applicable. Leads the vetting and bid process for partner suppliers for these services, in partnership with Procurement and relevant Abbott business leads. Lead oversight on all in-store executions and consumer-facing below the line programs in partnership with retailers. Ensure execution excellence, KPI achievement, tracking. Provide report and recommendations in a timely manner. Projects include but are not limited to the following: Consumer engagement execution: sampling, detailing  Promo execution: price offs, vouchers In-store KPIs: share of shelf, must-stock-list, out of stock Retailer events, consumer events (example: mom and baby fairs) Lead competitor activity oversight in stores, providing regular updates and recommendations to the team. Define what are sufficient and competitive levels of in-store investment, and actions to address gaps. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Force Management, Brand Activation, or Consumer Engagement roles; experience managing large-scale promoter/SPG/Product Ambassador programs is strongly preferred. Proven experience working with 3rd‑party agencies, including managing performance, contracts, SLAs, and budgets. Strong background in retail execution, in-store operations, and field KPI tracking (offtake, share of shelf, OOS, PICOS compliance). Experience leading consumer engagement activities (sampling, detailing, events, activations). Prior experience in FMCG or Healthcare/Nutrition industry is an advantage.
