KBR covers the cost of relevant professional memberships and provides access to learning opportunities that support your growth.   Additional   benefits include wellbeing initiatives, corporate discounts and other rewards designed to support a diverse workforce.   About the role     As a   Commercial   G raduate at KBR, you will kickstart your career with hands-on, real-life experience across a diverse range of projects.   You'll   receive guidance and mentoring from seasoned professionals, helping you develop into a leading expert in your field.     The Commercial team brings both pre-contract and post-contract functions together into a centralised unit, providing more holistic project support across the entire contract lifecycle .         The Commercial function provides three key service streams to the business, including:    Strategic commercial advisory services to clients and partners    Project Management (PM) /PM Contractor (PMC) and PM Contract Administrator (PMCA) commercial and contract management for and on behalf of clients    Commercial subject matter   expertise   to the business .       About You   This opportunity is suited to individuals who are motivated,   curious   and committed to contributing to a more sustainable future. Strong problem‑solving skills, a collaborative   mindset   and a genuine desire to learn will support your success.
