About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team:   S&P Global Data Delivery is based on a robust, state-of-the-art Software as a Service platform powering the delivery of market data & information to clients. Meeting the most stringent performance standards in throughput, speed, and reliability, the platform supports multiple high-availability applications for professionals in financial and corporate institutions around the globe.   The Data Delivery Operations group in S&P Global focuses on providing clients with world-class service and operational excellence. The initiative focuses on leveraging S&P Global’s highly regarded expertise in financial markets to develop innovative solutions to service client needs. Responsibilities and Impact: Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to client needs. Provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for API integrations. Deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes, and data sharing into warehouse solutions, including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery and Databricks. Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform. Champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency. Manage monthly KPI reporting, generating insights from operational metrics to drive performance improvements. Identify and specify application issues, collaborating with Product & Development teams for improvements. Engage proactively with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Facilitate the Agile process for prioritization, coordination, and planning within the team. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of relevant IT-focused experience Proven experience in API integration and programming skills in Python, Java, JSON, SQL, and XML. Knowledge of data warehouse solutions, including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery and Databricks Strong problem-solving skills with a technical troubleshooting background. Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with operational tooling and automation techniques. Proficient understanding of software systems and enterprise application development. Experience in AzureDevOps, Splunk, Salesforce, MS Excel, and Power BI. Ability to generate insights from operational metrics and drive performance improvements. Why Join Us?
