About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 Role Purpose Lead and deliver impactful full-stack solutions with a strong foundation in architecture and hands-on AI/LLM development. Apply design thinking principles to craft intuitive, performant digital products. Responsibilities and Impact Architect and implement high-quality, scalable full-stack solutions using C#/.NET backend services and React frontend frameworks , optimizing performance and maintainability. Lead AI-assisted development practices using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. Mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices, while driving technical architecture decisions and modern web development standards. Spearhead integration of AI/LLM capabilities into products to enhance user experiences and business outcomes. Drive Vibe Coding initiatives to foster internal innovation and a quality-focused engineering culture. Apply design thinking to translate business requirements into intuitive, performant solutions, collaborating with global stakeholders across product, design, and engineering. Basic Required Qualifications 8-12 years of full-stack engineering with C#/.NET Core and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks React (preferably) or Angular, including experience architecting enterprise-grade systems. Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and microservices with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferably) , or AWS/GCP, and containerization technologies such as Docker with familiarity in orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or OpenShift. Strong front-end engineering skills in state management, performance optimization, accessibility, and testing using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. Hands-on AI/LLM development experience , including but not limited to LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI, orchestration/tooling such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex, and vector/search solutions like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Elasticsearch. Solid CI/CD and DevOps experience with platforms such as GitHub Actions (Preferably) , GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins, and rigorous code quality practices including unit and integration testing using tools like xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest. Proficiency with databases including relational systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL (Preferably), or MySQL and NoSQL stores such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cosmos DB, with strong grounding in security, performance, and observability using solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, or New Relic. Soft Skills Demonstrated leadership in mentoring developers and enforcing engineering best practices, with a track record of elevating team performance. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a global mindset, collaborating effectively across product, design, and engineering. Product and design thinking orientation, translating ambiguous business problems into intuitive, performant technical solutions. Bias for action, ownership, and pragmatic decision-making, balancing speed, quality, and risk.
