      JOB DESCRIPTION: 主要职责 /Key Responsibilities ： 根据项目计划及上级要求，完成具体研发项目工作和相关实验，同时关注实验过程，如有异常情况及时采取相应措施；实验完成后，及时梳理实验室相关数据和整理工作。 根据项目计划及上级要求，协助完成新产品的基础知识及研究资料收集整理，撰写相应的报告。 协助产品的性能评估及设计优化，实施产品改进，原料备份等项目，进行研究实验，并撰写实验报告。 4完成产品的生产转移，确保符合质量体系和法规的要求，实现规模化生产。 协助生产部门解决产品生产中的技术问题，解决生产过程中的突发问题或紧急问题，并提出解决方案。 6协助已有产品的投诉处理和生产异常调查，处理与研发相关的技术问题。 7协助产品开发技术的分析及相关文献、专利的撰写和申请。 8协助编写外部临床实验以及提供市场部门、注册部等所需的新产品涉及报批、注册、说明书、综述等专业资料； 根据业务需要，完成上级临时交办的任务。 任职资格 /Job Requirements ： 外语技能/Foreign Language Skills： 英语读写，可根据英文SOP完成实验操作。   计算机软件技能Software Skills：    Office软件，如Excel,Word,Power Point等。    工作经验或专业背景/Work Experience or Professional Background：    生物/药学/化学相关专业，经验不限。 教育背景/Education Background： 全日制大专以上学历，本科及以上优先。                  The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Research and Discovery       DIVISION: ID Infectious Disease          LOCATION: China > Hangzhou : #198 12th Street, Hangzhou Economic & Technological Development Area       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: Not specified       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable
