Title: Rotating Supervisor Rotating Supervisor CMAI09 - Maintenance Mechanic, Foreman KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for rotating supervisor who can organize and supervise the daily maintenance activities in the assigned area based upon schedule. Ensure all the activities are carried out safely, effectively and within the time frame. Responsibilities: Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team. Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman. Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability. Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work. Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s. Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job. Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained. Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings. Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work. Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards. Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts. Participates in Safety audits Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma. Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills Proven leadership skills with large organizations Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment Belong.
