Title: Area Maintenance Foreman Area Maintenance Foreman CMAI10 - Maintenance Mechanic, General Foreman KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for a Foreman t o guaranty that daily maintenance activities (corrective, preventive and predictive for mechanical, I/E and rotating equipment) of Petrochemical plant are carried out by Contractor, in compliance with safety, environment and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability and operation continuity Responsibilities: Execution of all maintenance jobs assign to contractor related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of Petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standard. Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP’s Plant Provide required supports to planning and scheduling supervisor. Support to company reliability department for bad actor analysis. Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting. Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job specific Training by coordinating with Head of HR. Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase. Qualifications: Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma. Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Bachelor Degree Good knowledge of the equipment’s of the refining, team, Piloting of maintenance contracts, good knowledge of the safety rules Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills Proven leadership skills with large organizations Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems Strategic thinking, open to new ideas An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment Belong.
