Title: Senior Civil Drafter - Roads We’re growing our Roads team in Perth and are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Drafter to help elevate our project delivery, strengthen our technical capability, and support our expanding workload across major MRWA and national road programs. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being a technical go‑to, who thrives in a collaborative environment, and who wants to play a key role in shaping and developing a high‑performing drafting team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high‑quality drafting outputs for road infrastructure projects within metropolitan and regional WA. Apply strong AutoCAD skills and support automation initiatives to drive efficiency and quality across the team. Produce drawings aligned with current drafting standards, particularly MRWA requirements. Work closely with engineers to deliver fast, reliable, accurate drawing packages with minimal supervision. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior drafters, helping develop capability and uplift drafting standards across the group. Support bids, resource planning, and workflow coordination as our portfolio continues to grow. Contribute to building a scalable drafting function, with future opportunities to step into leadership as the team expands. Skills & Experience Required: As an individual you are excited by the prospect of delivering iconic projects to the community and you will have a proven background in major road infrastructure projects. Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related discipline. 7+ years’ industry experience ideally across roads and civil infrastructure. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience in drafting automation highly regarded. MicroStation experience is a bonus but not essential. Solid understanding of MRWA or equivalent national road authority drafting standards. Proven experience delivering drawing packages for road projects in metro or regional WA.
