Title: Safety Officer Safety Officer CHSE09 - Project Sr. HSE Inspector KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. KBR is looking for Safety officer to carry out Safety inspection to equipment, tools, and working conditions to ensure safety of workers engaged in Oil & Gas Facilities Responsibilities: Inspects equipment, tools, and working conditions to ensure safety of workers engaged in Oil & Gas Facilities: Inspects safety belts, ladders, ropes, rubber goods, and tools and replaces those not meeting safety requirements. Observes crews at work and reports laxity in safety precautions, such as failure to use goggles, rubber gloves, and other safety devices. Examines conditions of ditches and tunnels and recommends use of braces to prevent cave-ins endangering workers. Investigates accidents to determine causes and devises preventive measures. May instruct workers in use of safety equipment and safe work methods. Make sure for compliances of all safety procedures. Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School. Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma. Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs related to safety Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skill Proven leadership skills with large organizations Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems Strategic management skills Belong.
