Voor onze productieteams zoeken wij een gemotiveerde: Operator A   Als Operator A ben jij cruciaal in het waarborgen van een soepel en veilig productieproces. Je werkt volgens strikte GMP- en EHS‑richtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat machines en installaties correct worden voorbereid, bediend en gecontroleerd. Je werkt binnen een team van ervaren collega’s en draagt actief bij aan de hoge kwaliteitsstandaard van Abbott. Wat ga je doen? Uitvoeren van visuele controles op binnenkomende materialen, waaronder het controleren van integriteit en zichtbare afwijkingen. Bedienen van machines volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele richtlijnen. Vastleggen van proces- en kwaliteitsgegevens op de juiste manier en op het juiste moment. Uitvoeren van procescontroles en het melden van afwijkingen aan de Front Line Leader. Zorgen voor orde, netheid en een veilige werkomgeving. Assisteren van collega‑operators en ondersteunen tijdens voorbereidende werkzaamheden, zoals materiaalbeschikbaarheid controleren.   Wat breng je mee? Opleiding & achtergrond Minimaal MBO niveau 2 , bij voorkeur in technische richting. Een VAPRO A‑opleiding is een sterke pre. Jouw kwaliteiten Nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en kwaliteitsgericht. Je neemt veiligheid serieus en spreekt collega’s hierop aan wanneer nodig. Je werkt graag samen, maar neemt ook zelfstandig initiatief. Je staat open voor feedback en wilt jezelf continu ontwikkelen.
