The Opportunity This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You'll Work On Safely operate production equipment, including filling, processing, and sterilizing systems. Perform sampling responsibilities and monitor charts to ensure sterility. Complete work orders and documentation accurately. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and across all levels of the plant. Replenish and maintain production materials as needed. Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks. You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED One year production experience Must be able to work effectively within a team environment, possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications One year production experience within food manufacturing environment Forklift experience preferred Pay Competitive Pay Shift differential available for off-shifts Shift Please note: This is a 12-hour Night shift position from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and allows you to have every other weekend off. Week 1: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFF Week 2: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF , Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours Required Qualifications   High School Diploma or GED    One year of production experience Preferred Qualifications Forklift Experience One year of experience within food manufacturing environment In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
