Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.   What   You’ll   Do:   Design   appropriate strategy   to achieve sales goals and targets in assigned   territory;   Achievement of sales, market share and growth   objectives   in the   region;   Maintain satisfactory customer call rate, strike rate and territory   coverage;   Compile and update sales operating plan for   region;     Identify   new business   opportunities;   Attend cycle meetings and   conferences;   Negotiate   additional   display areas and space, in line with marketing   objectives , to accentuate the   brand building   activities.   Build and maintain business relationships in-store / in practice with all personnel who have an impact upon the company’s business.   Accurately take stock in-store   utilizing   customer stock cards [use as a tool in negotiating the order].   Build impactful and appealing   dis-plays   to   assist   the pharmacy to “move-through” stock.   Assist   with merchandising: Ensure stock is well presented, Packed and available to the consumer [FIFO principle].   Detail and train staff in-store [inclusive of All Healthcare Professionals].   Required Qualifications   Tertiary qualification in Human   Sciences/Marketing/Business   Management preferred.   Preference experience:   3 years of   pharmacy sales   experience is   mandatory .   Experience and established pharmacy relationships essential.   Fluent in English   Strong sales   track record , sound   organizational skills   and   time management   skill     History   of superior territory coverage in the Western Cape will be an advantage.    Positive with a can-do attitude.    Integrity, initiative, and adaptability.     Entrepreneurial spirit .    Skilled negotiator, problem solver, and closer.    Ability to develop long-term business relationships.    Good communicator and self-motivated    Business planning acumen and ability.     Computer literacy   ( Excel , Word, PowerPoint)    Compliance with company Code of Conduct.       Apply Now   Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
