What you’ll do Manage a defined portfolio of laboratory clients remotely, with primary responsibility for customers in Norway and Denmark, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, orders, and support requests Collaborate with internal teams (service, field sales, order management) to ensure smooth operations Identify opportunities to expand Abbott’s solutions and improve customer efficiency Monitor account performance and take action to maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS) Support field teams with quotations and backlog management What you bring A good level of Norwegian, Danish, and English Strong communication and relationship-building skills Interest in sales and customer success Experience in inside sales or customer support is a plus Background in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or similar fields is an advantage Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Working at Abbott At Abbott, you can do work that matters, grow and learn, care for yourself and your family, be your true self, and live a full life.
