      JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Excellence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process standardization, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage process standardization projects to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes. Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects and initiatives. Provide training and support to team members on process improvement techniques and best practices. Qualifications: College degree, preferably with a major or minor in Engineering. Green Belt certification or training in Lean Six Sigma. Proven experience in a process improvement role with a track record of successful accomplishments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work night shifts and be present in the office. Preferred Skills: Experience in a similar industry or sector. Familiarity with process mapping and data analysis tools.
