      JOB DESCRIPTION: Heart Failure (HF), formerly, Acelis Connected Health (ACH) is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Manila. This role is essential for analyzing and reporting data to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a solid background in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management.   Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes. Utilize MS Excel and Power BI to create and manage data visualizations and dashboards. Ability to collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. Communicate findings effectively with all levels of leadership within a matrix organization. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.   Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong background in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management. Mastery of MS Excel and Power BI. Proven experience in managing within a matrix organization. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership.
