Main Purpose of Role: Responsible for long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products in territory by increasing awareness among Health Care professionals on the important role of nutrition in improving quality of life, and the superiority of Abbott products to competitor brands. Gain new business and grow existing business in customer accounts by building the confidence of HCPs in recommending Abbott brand products. Main Responsibilities: Drive impactful engagements with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through one-on-one consultations, highlighting the role of clinical nutrition in patient care and positioning Abbott as the preferred choice. Build and strengthen relationships with HCPs across assigned accounts to boost brand visibility and influence product recommendations. Gather market insights, including competitor activity and unmet needs, to develop targeted account plans that drive growth. Deliver compelling product detailing to equip HCPs with the latest scientific knowledge and emphasize the clinical advantages of Abbott’s nutrition portfolio. Address HCPs’ specific needs and objections with tailored messaging to gain their commitment to recommend Abbott products. Collaborate with patient groups and stakeholders to support educational initiatives and raise awareness among patients and caregivers. Track and report account performance against KPIs and take proactive steps to ensure targets are met. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
