This role will unify strategy, branding, portfolio planning, and customer engagement across our growing Structural Heart franchises, creating stronger cohesion and a shared direction for CS, TAVI, SI, and TMT.   Responsibilities: Strengthen strategic alignment across all franchises Focus on measurable commercial and clinical impact Continuously track and quantify market size and opportunity  Advance customer and account segmentation strategy and execution Drive cross‑functional coordination across forecasting, regulatory, and reimbursement Participate in the development of annual sales volume forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.  Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans. Prepare and manage the marketing and education expenditure budget, working within the budget and report on major variances. Plan and deliver educational programs to meet the needs of customers. This may include the preparation and delivery of device and field certification programs. In conjunction with sales, education and training and relevant departments participate in product training to sales and operations teams as required   Supervisory/Management Responsibilities Management responsibility for a growing team of 4.   Minimum Education Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent MBA degree preferred but not necessary Minimum Experience and Skills 5 years minimum medical device sales and marketing experience Prior proven experience in structural heart devices highly regarded Direct market sales experience preferred Previous leadership experience in marketing or sales preferred       The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.       JOB FAMILY: Product Management       DIVISION: SH Structural Heart          LOCATION: Australia > Macquarie Park : 299 Lane Cove Road       ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:       WORK SHIFT: Standard       TRAVEL: No       MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable       SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
