We are seeking a GEOINT Systems Engineer to provide support for system analysis for all GEOINT operations processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in scheduling, resource allocation, collection strategies, detection, processing, and overall mission effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct daily support to the program office Contracts Officer (CO) and Contracts Officer Technical Representatives (COTR).  In this role you will perform as a trusted agent of the Government, overseeing development contractor efforts to achieve program objectives.  Formulate and conduct System level analyses, including modeling and simulation of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT). Collect and analyze performance metrics and allocation plans to prepare for potential system impacts. Collect, analyze/trend, and report Operational performance and interface metrics. Support Radar and EO analysis of constellation performance and architectural updates. Support Radar analysis of system impacts due to issues, discrepancy reports (DRs), and anomalies. Perform trade studies optimizing collection across all radar missions. Suppor t continuous improvement in ground system performance for GEOINT missions. Support integration and analysis of new mission capabilities (integration into data infrastructure and modeling). Work Environment: Location: On-site Travel Requirements: Minimal Working Hours: Standard Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline, and 14 years or more relevant experience; OR Master’s degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline and 12 years or more relevant experience. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Polygraph Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in system analysis and modeling. Strong knowledge of GEOINT operations processes and systems. Experience with EO and Radar analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Assist the IC customer with the acquisition and oversight of technology development contracts and develop briefings for government and industry Review developer’s documents and procedures, requirements derivation, verification methodologies, calibration plans, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and test plans Understanding of the Request for Change (RFC) and Configuration Management (CM) processes within the NRO Strong understanding of the systems engineering V to include verification, validation and conducting readiness reviews KBR Benefits KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
