All candidates must live near one of our centers of excellence:       Dubuque, IA   : 4141 Westmark Drive, Dubuque, IA 52002   Dublin, OH   : 5500 Glendon Court Dublin OH 43016   PRIMARY PURPOSE :   To coordinate administrative support functions while providing training, operational guidance, and workflow support to Claim Assistants. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Assigns and directs work for new and existing administrative colleagues. Coordinates administrative support functions and activities to ensure seamless daily operations. Identifies and resolves administrative, workflow, or process-related issues. Provides coordination, training and support for unit. Provides technical and systems support related to unit-specific tools and operational processes. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). Travels as required. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience Two (2) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience training or supporting administrative or claims operations preferred. Skills & Knowledge Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Analytical and interpretive skills Strong organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $18.25 - $20.00 USD Hourly.
