This role focuses on property damage losses, including those caused by major fires, floods, building collapse, escape of water, and subsidence. Our Legal team leads from our Central Bristol Office, with colleagues in Cardiff and London. The role requires a hybrid working model with three days per week in our Bristol office.     Main duties and responsibilities include updating and maintaining the case management system with diary dates as required by the case. You'll assist on claims for other fee earners in the team, carrying out preliminary investigations and evidence gathering, ensuring technical and expert evidence obtained by insurers and their agents is sufficient to prove causation, obtaining witness statements, and contacting relevant parties to obtain contractual and other relevant documentation.     You'll assist the Partners, Associates, and Team Leaders with complex litigated caseloads, assuming responsibility for client protocol compliance both on your own files and when working on task-based assignments for others.
