Cette opportunité est ouverte sur nos sites de Nanterre ; Montpellier ; Tours ; Lille ; Nantes. Vos missions principales : Rattaché(e) au Manager du service, vous serez un acteur clé du bon déroulement des processus RH liés à l’administration du personnel. À ce titre, vos responsabilités incluent : Gestion des entrées  : rédaction des promesses d’embauche et des contrats, saisie dans le SIRH (Workday), suivi du processus de pré embauche, coordination avec les équipes internes pour garantir une intégration fluide. Suivi de la vie du contrat  : traitement des avenants, changements de statut, mobilité interne, et toute modification contractuelle en lien avec les évolutions du collaborateur. Organisation des départs  : formalisation des fins de contrat, gestion administrative des sorties, coordination avec les services concernés (paie, IT, managers). Suivi médical et social  : relation avec la médecine du travail pour planifier les visites obligatoires, gestion des affiliations et radiations à la mutuelle. Support quotidien aux collaborateurs et managers  : réponse aux questions RH, accompagnement sur les procédures internes, diffusion des bonnes pratiques. Saisie des éléments variables de paie  : collecte, vérification et saisie dans les délais impartis pour garantir une paie fiable. Gestion du temps de travail et des absences  : accompagnement des collaborateurs dans l’utilisation des outils, suivi des absences, alertes en cas d’anomalies. Contribution aux projets RH  : participation à des initiatives transverses, amélioration continue des processus, mise à jour des guides et procédures internes. Reporting et suivi d’activité  : production de tableaux de bord, indicateurs RH, et participation aux bilans périodiques. Profil recherché : Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines, droit social ou gestion du personnel. Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans) en administration du personnel dans un environnement dynamique. Maîtrise des outils RH (Excel avancé, Word, SIRH – Workday apprécié). Connaissances solides en droit du travail et en obligations légales. Sens de l’organisation, rigueur, autonomie et esprit d’équipe. Excellentes capacités relationnelles, rédactionnelles et de gestion des priorités.
