Als Schadebehandelaar Kabel & Infra onderzoek je wat er is misgegaan bij kabelschades, beoordeel je aansprakelijkheid en zorg je dat alle betrokken partijen weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Schadebehandelaar Kabel & Infra (Rotterdam | 32 – 40 uur) Wat ga je doen? Ter uitbreiding van ons team Kabel & Infra zoeken wij een nieuwe collega. In deze rol behandel je schadedossiers namens onze opdrachtgevers (zoals netbeheerders) en zorg je voor een correcte en zorgvuldige afhandeling. Concreet betekent dit dat je: Telefonisch en per e-mail contact hebt met betrokken partijen (veroorzakers, opdrachtgevers en herstelbedrijven); Informatie verzamelt over kabelschades en deze controleert op volledigheid en juistheid; Beoordeelt wie aansprakelijk is voor de schade; Betrokken partijen informeert over de voortgang; Zorgt voor een correcte administratieve en financiële afwikkeling van dossiers. Wat neem jij mee? Je bent communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om contact te hebben met verschillende mensen. Je durft de telefoon te pakken en houdt overzicht, ook als er meerdere dossiers lopen. Verder: Heb je minimaal een afgeronde mbo+ opleiding; Communiceer je makkelijk via telefoon en e-mail; Heb je affiniteit met techniek (pré, geen must); Ben je initiatiefrijk, resultaatgericht en empathisch.
