Pour l'activité construction, nous recherchons un assistant d’expert en assurance en Sinistre Construction Majeur & Complexe (MCL) pour notre site de Paris (75017). L’assistant a pour rôle de veiller au bon déroulement du suivi administratif ainsi que de la relation client d’un dossier d’expertise. Il prend en charge les missions d’expertise d’assurance confiées, d’un point de vue administratif en véritable binôme avec l’expert terrain. Il est rattaché à la Responsable Administrative Nationale. Vos missions : Rédiger les documents techniques (courriers, mails, PV d’expertise). Assurer conjointement avec l'Expert, la gestion et le suivi qualité des dossiers d'expertise, en planifiant les rendez-vous et en suivant les demandes. Assurer la relation clientèle en répondant aux sollicitations de nos mandants par tous supports (téléphone, courriers, courriels...). Mettre en forme et relire les rapports et notes d'expertises, ainsi que les divers courriers préparés par les experts. Facturer les honoraires de l'expert. Profil recherché  : Titulaire au minimum d'un Bac+2 idéalement dans le domaine administratif, vous possédez si possible une expérience significative en cabinet d’expertise en assurance de 2 à 3 ans. Aussi, si vous ne venez pas du domaine assurantiel, une formation métier (assurantielle et juridique) vous sera dispensée lors de votre prise de poste. La connaissance de l’outil Avensys serait un plus. Compétences requises  : Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles, Notions de comptabilité (facturation des honoraires des experts), Bonne connaissance Pack office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Rigueur et organisation, Esprit de synthèse et force de proposition, Respect des process, Compétences dans l'analyse de documents assurantiels, Capacités de communication et esprit d’équipe, Autonomie.
