Véritable pivot entre nos clients, nos experts et nos équipes en France et au Royaume‑Uni, vous prenez en charge la gestion complète des sinistres Risques Immobiliers et assurez le suivi qualitatif des dossiers d’expertise. Vous jouez un rôle central dans la fluidité des échanges, la conformité du traitement des dossiers et la qualité de service délivrée. 📌 Vos principales missions Gestion des sinistres Réceptionner et analyser les déclarations de sinistres. Vérifier les garanties contractuelles et la bonne mise en jeu du risque. Constituer, instruire et suivre les dossiers sur les outils de gestion clients. Déterminer l’application conventionnelle ou le traitement en droit commun. Répondre aux demandes des interlocuteurs et assurer une information claire. Coordination & suivi opérationnel Missionner les experts et suivre l’avancement des opérations d’expertise. Collecter et transmettre rapports, documents et factures aux assureurs. Assurer un suivi rigoureux auprès de nos bureaux anglais (Sedgwick UK). Coordonner les échanges entre assureurs, courtiers, risk-managers, experts et équipes TPA (France & UK). Suivre les règlements et les recours effectués par les assureurs. Garantir le respect des process internes et des exigences clients. 👤 Votre profil Bac +2 minimum en Assurance ou en Droit. Solide expérience en gestion de sinistres (IARD) ; connaissance du métier d’expertise appréciée. Une expérience en courtage serait un plus. Anglais courant (niveau avancé – échanges réguliers avec le UK). À l’aise avec le Pack Office, notamment Excel. Sens du service client, aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en transversal. 🧠 Vos qualités clés Rigueur, organisation, autonomie. Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
