We are currently looking for a Senior Sustainability Engineer to support environmental compliance management. In this role you will support our multiple functions to roll out reports, interface with stakeholders and summarize a high level report for decision. These are some of the winning behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech.  What you will do: Lead material compliance testing and coordination. Cross-function work with stakeholders and address any material compliance risks Review substance test reports and justify material compliance Team management and mentor newcomers for testing Equipment calibration and gage R&R across different supply chain Due diligence management in the supplier chain New legislation tracking and developing material testing Continuous development in procedure in testing and system robust Communicate with third-party lab and cost-saving driving   What you will bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance programs. Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for REACH, RoHS, EU POPs, and USA EPA TSCA. Experience identifying high-risk substances, materials, and components in electronic products. Understanding of materials testing methods like XRF, FTIR, and GC/LC MS. Experience supporting ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) systems. Effective team player, comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Proficient in data analysis and integration.
