GSM for C4C business Develop and maintain relationships with Business Group (BG) for C4C business  Work as GSM window for C4C business across different product lines Coordinate, bridge the communication with C4C team (BG/Project/Eng) ,GSM (Component and FG) and MFG operation teams Execute GSM’s C4C sourcing strategy with C4C product roadmap and development direction.  Supplier & Sourcing Strategy execution To Develop a sufficient supply base  and formulate comprehensive supplier & sourcing strategies for the China market. Scouting new ODM/JDM and Sub-Assy suppliers, Partnership with Commodity GSM for Key component suppliers in China. Develop and execut e the C4C sourcing strategy based on market status in China, product roadmaps, new technology trends, QBR scores, etc., ensuring alignment with each BG. Leading cross functional teams to drive the supplier and  sourcing strategy Cost and RFx Management Ensure RFx packages are ready with required information. Confirmed China Only/ China First are well defined Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and all necessary details. Able to conduct detailed cost analysis include should cost Analysis Market (Demand / Supply )  Intelligence and Insight Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, pricing dynamics, and emerging opportunities. Provide strategic insights to the leadership team based on market and supplier assessments. Research and analyze the China market for Keyboards (KBD), Mouse (MSE), Headsets, Speakers, etc., focusing on market differentiation in each product category. Establish a database for efficient retrieval and study of market insights. Set up the routine market intelligence alignment with BG.  Conduct supplier visits / surveys to assess local supplier capabilities and keep the information updated. Maintain a comprehensive database for effective supplier evaluation and analysis. End to End Process and Procedure development and execution Develop and Execute end-to-end sourcing processes, from supplier identification to contract negotiation and relationship management. Develop the process to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in sourcing and supply chain management. C4C Only supplier relationship management.
