RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Delegating tasks to team members Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Conducting quarterly performance reviews. Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team. Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team. QUALIFICATIONS Proven leadership experience in a BPO Healthcare set-up for 3 years and up. Experience as a Senior Team Lead in a BPO set-up Proven knowledge of ASA, CSAT, AHT Bachelor’s degree required Excellent people management Excellent communication Skills Demonstrable analytical skillset Organized & Self-Motivated Results-Oriented Confidence and skillful negotiating skills. Strong organizational skills to give the team direction. Set goals for the team to achieve. Understand and communicate all the organization's items, activities, processes, and standards to the team.
