Job Description: Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/*) im Bereich Dia‑ und CBN‑Schleifwerkzeuge am Standort Niederstetten setzen Sie Ihr Fachwissen gezielt ein und tragen aktiv zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei. Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst: Selbstständiges Programmieren anhand detaillierter Teilezeichnungen sowie Einrichten und Bedienen von NC-Drehmaschinen mit Siemens-Steuerung Fachgerechte Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Werkstücke Durchführung von Maß-, Qualitäts- und Sichtkontrollen Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller gefertigten Teile gemäß Vorgaben Regelmäßige Wartung, Pflege und Instandhaltung der Maschinen gemäß internen Reinigungs- und Wartungsplänen; abschließende Inspektion des Arbeitsbereichs pro Schicht Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Maschinenfunktionen und Produktionsabläufe Einhaltung sämtlicher unternehmensinterner Sicherheits- und Arbeitsvorschriften Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dreher, oder Berufserfahrung als NC-Dreher Mechanische Erfahrung, technisches Verständnis und gute mathematische Kenntnisse Fähigkeit technische Zeichnungen zu lesen und ein gutes Auge für Details zu haben Ergebnisorientierte Vorgehensweise Bereitschaft zum Wechselschichtbetrieb Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Erfahrung auf Boehringer DUS 400TI und Boehringer DUS 630TI NC-Drehmaschinen mit Siemenssteuerung, sowie Gildemeister NEF 320 NC-Drehmaschine mit Heidenhain-Steuerung wären von Vorteil.
