We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth.    Functiebeschrijving Als Field Marketing Executive Key Accounts   van Milwaukee ben jij de adviseur voor een van onze key accounts wat een bedrijf is die elektrisch- en handgereedschap plus andere accessoires verkoopt aan de professionele eindgebruiker. Jij bezoekt hun vestigingen door heel België en onderhoud intensief contact met de contactpersonen bij de vestigingen. Je bent niet alleen de expert voor de klant met betrekking tot onze huidige product portfolio maar je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het uitrollen van nieuwe productintroducties en het coördineren daarvan. Daarnaast ondersteun je de professionele ijzerwarenvakhandel door het personeel te trainen om de promotie en verkoop van het merk Milwaukee te vergroten.   Jouw taken Als Field Marketing Executive   Key Accounts van Milwaukee onderhoud je de relaties met de vestigingen van de key account. Je geeft trainingen en demonstraties van de volledige productrange aan de dealers. Je bent aanwezig op beurzen, open dagen, events en truck tours en je assisteert je collega’s. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitrollen van nieuwe concepten en de inrichting en presentatie van de Milwaukee displays bij de professionele ijzerwarenvakhandel. Op aanvraag bezoek je samen met de dealer de eindgebruikers. Je volgt de trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt op de voet en rapporteert deze aan de Key Account Sales Manager, zodat marketing, verkoop en productontwikkeling hierop kunnen worden afgestemd.   Jouw ervaring en eigenschappen: Je staat sterk in je werkschoenen, bent communicatief vaardig en goed in het opbouwen van lange termijn relaties. Je hebt idealiter ervaring in het geven van demonstraties en trainingen. Je bent ondernemend en kan op een enthousiaste duidelijke wijze informatie overbrengen. Je bent flexibel als het gaat om het helpen van collega's en werktijden, een echte teamplayer en hebt een proactieve no-nonsense houding. Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische achtergrond en affiniteit met elektrische gereedschappen. Tevens beheers je vloeiend de Nederlandse en voldoende de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift en ben je woonachtig in het werkgebied.   Wij bieden jou: Om je een succesvolle start te bieden, volg je verschillende producttrainingen en loop je mee met collega’s gedurende de eerste periode.
