Werden Sie Teil der Erfolgsgeschichte von TTI und verstärken Sie unser Team am Standort Hilden (hybrid) ab sofort als Teamleitung Debitorenbuchhaltung / Stellvertretende Abteilungsleitung (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des 5-köpfigen Debitoren-Teams Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des SAP S/4 Hana basierten Accounting-Setups sowie Key-User-Funktion für das Modul FI Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB/IFRS Sicherstellung einer dringlichkeitsbasierten Debitorenbuchhaltung und eines effizienten Forderungsmanagements Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Debitorenprozesse inkl. Kreditlimits, Mahnwesen, Kontoabstimmungen, Zahlungseingangsüberwachung Sicherstellung korrekter und effizienter Buchungsprozesse sowie Umsetzung von Bilanzierungsrichtlinien Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling, Customer Service & Vertrieb sowie externen Partnern Mitwirkung an abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und -automatisierung Ihr Profil   Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit anschließender Prüfung zum Bilanzbuchhalter/in. Alternativ betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finance. Minimum 5 Jahre nachweisliche Berufserfahrung in einer entsprechenden Finance-Funktion. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP sind essenziell. Erfahrungen mit SAP S/4 Hana sind wünschenswert.
