Zakres obowiązków Zarządzanie kategorią Ogród w marce Ryobi - planowanie, rozwój i optymalizacja oferty produktowej Analiza trendów rynkowych, danych historycznych, udziałów rynkowych i efektywności sprzedaży Współtworzenie strategii cenowych i promocyjnych - w tym marżowość, prognozowanie sprzedaży i polityki rabatowe Bliska współpraca z działami marketingu i sprzedaży przy tworzeniu materiałów POS / ATL / BTL Współtworzenie katalogów produktowych oraz treści wspierających działania marketingowe Udział w szkoleniach produktowych Podróże służbowe w kraju i zagranicą Wykorzystanie systemu SAP w codziennej pracy - raportowanie, kontrola stanów, analiza danych Udział w projektach związanych z wdrażaniem nowych produktów i inicjatywami Go-To-Market Wymagania Minimum 3-letniego doświadczenia jako Product Manager / Brand Manager / Category Manager w branży narzędziowej lub ogrodowej Wiedza o produktach ogrodowych (podkaszarki, kosiarki, narzędzia akumulatorowe, akcesoria) Znajomość mechanizmów cenowych i systemów sprzedaży (white listy, blokady zamówień, polityki rabatowe) Umiejętność pracy na danych - analiza sprzedaży, trendów, forecastowanie Swobodna komunikacja w języku angielskim (C1) Znajomość SAP - mile widziana Otwartość, inicjatywa i odporność na intensywną pracę w dynamicznym środowisku Oferujemy Narzędzia niezbędne do pracy (laptop, telefon komórkowy, samochód służbowy) Zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy o prace (wynagrodzenie zasadnicze + premia) Zadaniowy czas pracy, duża samodzielność i odpowiedzialność Praca w zgranym międzynarodowym zespole Szkolenia produktowe Opieka medyczna Kafeteria (w tym karta Multisport) Świadczenie urlopowe Ubezpieczenia na życie At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
