Here, you will make an impact by: Your Skills and Expertise  Completing all daily safety and environmental requirements, along with proactive recognition and action to alleviate any potential concerns.  Completing daily housekeeping inspections and tasks. Following standard operating procedures to ensure efficient production of quality products. Shovels and sweeps around conveyors, elevators, equipment, and roofs. Handles heavy spouts, bags, hoses, and screens in assigned areas. Work in areas where the environment is hot, cold, humid, dry, dusty, or dirty. To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start). Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and short‑notice shift coverage as business needs arise. Must be able to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process**. Pay & Benefits The starting rate of pay for this position is $26.84 + shift differential. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
