Job Description: L’impact que vous aurez dans ce rôle En tant que l’ Ingénieur Commercial pour la division Abrasive Systems Division (ASD) chez 3M France , vous aurez l’opportunité de mettre à profit votre curiosité et de collaborer avec certaines des personnes les plus innovantes et diverses au monde. Vous aurez un impact concret en : Développant et renforçant des relations au sein de grandes entreprises industrielles du travail des métaux dans les secteurs du transport (aéronautique, ferroviaire, véhicules spéciaux), médical, construction de structures métalliques, machines et équipements, fonderies ainsi que le travail des métaux en général ; Identifiant des potentiels et en gagnant des parts de marché tenues par des fabriquant concurrents ; Conduisant des essais avec les clients et valorisant les solutions préconisées ; Travaillant en parallèle avec les distributeurs en charge de vendre nos produits à la suite de vos préconisations ; Coordonnant les ressources 3M (ingénieurs d’application, spécialistes techniques, marketing) pour proposer des solutions à fort impact pour les clients stratégiques ; En apportant un support technique pour vos collègues en charge de l’animation de la distribution. Vos compétences et votre profil Pour réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M recherche des candidats répondant aux critères minimaux suivants : De formation Bac+3/5 (Ecole de Commerce ou Ecole d’Ingénieurs, Licences techniques ou commerciales), vous faites preuve d’une première expérience réussie dans une fonction commerciale à forte technicité Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et d’influence, tant auprès des clients finaux que des distributeurs Rigueur, sens des priorités et proactivité Appétence pour les produits/solutions techniques Approche orientée vers la vente de valeur ajoutée La maîtrise de l'anglais dans un contexte professionnel est appréciée Connaissances et compétences additionnelles souhaitées : Connaissance des applications abrasives, des procédés de soudage et de la robotique/automatisation industrielle est un plus Maîtrise des outils de productivité et de CRM (par ex.
