Job Description: Impact que vous aurez dans ce rôle En tant que Responsable de Marché pour les Solutions Digitales sur le Département de la Réparation en Carrosserie 3M™ RepairStack™ en France , vous aurez l’opportunité d'exploiter votre curiosité et de collaborer avec des personnes les plus innovantes et diverses du monde entier. Ici, vous aurez un impact : Vous dirigez les activités de ventes de solutions digitales de 3M sur le marché de la Réparation Carrosserie en France. Vous définissez et mettez en œuvre l’organisation et la structure commerciale nationale. Vous pilotez l’engagement digital et l’exécution commerciale pour accélérer la croissance des ventes. Vous exploitez les outils digitaux et l’analytique pour améliorer l’expérience client et l’efficacité commerciale. Vous développez et exécutez des plans commerciaux stratégiques alignés sur les objectifs de l’entreprise. Vous collaborez avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour maximiser les ventes et la pénétration du marché. Vous construisez des relations solides avec les parties prenantes clés, les distributeurs et les utilisateurs finaux. Vos compétences et expertise Pour vous permettre de réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M recherche des candidats/candidates avec les qualifications suivantes : Expérience confirmée et compréhension approfondie du secteur de la réparation carrosserie en France. Maîtrise de Salesforce ou d’autres outils CRM pour le suivi des activités, le pipeline d’opportunités et la gestion client. Capacité à travailler dans une structure matricielle et à gérer la complexité du poste. Expérience en gestion des stocks ou en gestion des solutions digitales dans un environnement industriel. Esprit de croissance et historique de résultats commerciaux mesurables. Maîtrise de l’anglais est obligatoire. Connaissances supplémentaires / compétences souhaitables / qualifications préférées qui pourraient vous aider à réussir encore mieux dans ce rôle : Solides compétences analytiques avec une grande attention aux détails. Capacité avérée à influencer des parties prenantes à plusieurs niveaux, de la direction aux équipes opérationnelles. Excellentes aptitudes à établir des relations, avec un état d’esprit compétitif et axé sur les résultats. Autonomie, bonne organisation, excellentes capacités de gestion du temps. Détails du poste Poste basé sur le terrain, avec la présence requise pour l’onboarding, les formations et les réunions sur site au siège social de 3M France situé à Cergy. Déplacements : Poste peut nécessiter jusqu’à 70–80 % de déplacements nationaux durant les 6 - 12 premiers mois. Modèle de travail : CDI à temps plein.
