Job Description: Impact que vous aurez dans ce rôle En tant que TECHNICIEN OPTIMISATION DE FLUX EXPERIMENTE (H/F) pour les Divisions Automobile & Aéronautique et Industrie sur le site de 3M à Tilloy-lez-Cambrai (59) , vous aurez l’opportunité de nourrir votre curiosité et de collaborer avec certaines des personnes les plus innovantes et les plus diverses du monde entier. Ici, vous aurez un impact : Vous gérez la planification, le lancement des Ordres de Fabrication et la capacité des équipements. En lien avec les autres services, vous assurez la disponibilité des stocks de produits finis dans les temps pour permettre la livraison des commandes client. Vous participez à la communication vers les clients et fournisseurs internes. Vous participez aux rituels journaliers de communication avec l'atelier pour faciliter la prise de décision. Vous appliquez des standards de travail afin d’atteindre les objectifs de service et d’inventaire. Vos compétences et expertise Pour vous permettre de réussir dans ce rôle dès le premier jour, 3M recherche des candidats/candidates avec les qualifications suivantes : Bac+2 / Bac +3 en Logistique ou Gestion de Production Industrielle et/ou expérience professionnelle équivalente 1ère expérience professionnelle réussie sur site industriel, idéalement sur la gestion de produit périssable Maîtrise de l’outil informatique notamment Excel, SAP Capacité à anticiper et à suivre le déroulement des plans, rigueur et travail structuré Excellente communication, sens du service, gestion du stress Travail en équipe, dynamisme et volonté d’apprendre Anglais technique professionnel (lu et écrit minimum, parlé serait un plus) Détails du poste Poste basé à Tilloy-lez-Cambrai (59) Télétravail : hybride - 1 à 2 jours/semaine possible Déplacement : Pas de déplacements Modèle de travail : CDI à temps plein C ette opportunité et notre culture innovante chez 3M s'alignent avec vos aspirations professionnelles ?
