La risorsa avrà l'obiettivo strategico di sviluppare la rete aziendale, interfacciandosi con il settore sanitario pubblico e privato per promuovere i servizi di Assistenza Domiciliare Integrata (ADI). La risorsa ideale ha un solido background clinico/sanitario e desidera sviluppare la propria carriera professionale in un ruolo dinamico, orientato ai risultati e alla gestione delle relazioni in ambito sanitario.   Responsabilità Principali : Sviluppo Network: Promuovere i servizi ADI presso i Distretti ASL, Reparti Ospedalieri, Medici di Medicina Generale (MMG) e Specialisti sul territorio di competenza. Formazione: Gestire e coordinare attività formative rivolte alle Unità Operative territoriali e ospedaliere per far conoscere gli standard qualitativi dei servizi offerti. Customer Care: Fornire supporto e assistenza tecnica/informativa ai clienti attivi e potenziali, garantendo un elevato standard di servizio. Eventi di Settore: Rappresentare l’azienda e partecipare attivamente a manifestazioni scientifiche, convegni e congressi nazionali e locali. Business Intelligence: Analizzare il mercato per anticipare nuove necessità e cogliere opportunità di espansione, curando la reportistica periodica sulle attività svolte e sui lead generati.   Are you a MATCH?   Formazione: Laurea in materie scientifico-sanitarie (Infermieristica, Fisioterapia o discipline affini). Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza di almeno un anno come operatore sanitario (requisito preferenziale). Settore: Approfondita conoscenza del sistema delle cure domiciliari e delle dinamiche territoriali sanitarie. Soft Skills: Forte orientamento ai risultati e attitudine commerciale (sales mindset). Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali. Capacità organizzativa e autonomia nella gestione del tempo. Mobilità: Disponibilità a spostamenti quotidiani sulla regione Sicilia.
