This includes identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and managing complex project developments with high independence to achieve regional targets and expand the customer base. 您将如何贡献和成长？ Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base within assigned territories. Take primary responsibility for leading new large-scale and complex project developments (e.g., ASU investments, plant/pipeline extensions). Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure high-quality investment decisions by reviewing project economics and ensuring compliance with group rules. Mentor and train junior Business Developers to build a sustainable commercial talent pipeline. 您是合适的人选么？ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related) or Business. 10+ years of professional experience, including a proven track record in business development and managing large-scale capital investment.  Fluent in English and Chinese Madarin (written and oral).
